May is here again and there’s lots to be getting on with in the garden. Now is the time to stake and support stems of herbaceous perennials such as delphiniums and peonies which you can do using canes or purpose made supports. For some excellent simple, sturdy supports or something a bit more special and different, consider contacting Fife based metalworker Mihai Cocris. Some of Mihai’s work will be incorporated into our show garden at Gardening Scotland.
